adminA newly developed educational module for volunteer managers was tested in Osijek, Croatia in May 2023. The participants in the workshop were all volunteer managers with at least one year experience in volunteer coordinator positions.
They all worked with groups of over 50 volunteers on various sport events; Pannonian Challenge, Dobro Gymnastics World Cup, XCO Kopika Race, Wandercon, Baranja Ferivi Half Marathon etc. In addition to a more detailed insight into the volunteer management cycle, we also covered topics such as teamwork, communication and leadership.
