adminWithin the Croatian BMX Freestyle National Championship, held in Osijek on September 9th 2023, results of the VSport research were presented to attending athletes, sport professionals and spectators.
We’ve handed out flyers with the information about the project and several most interesting results from the research; what motivates volunteers in sports, what support they expect from volunteer managers, what are most important competencies volunteer managers should possess and how satisfied are they with received training.
A small number of volunteers who participated in the research helped out with the organisation of the event and handed out the flyers as they were able to further discuss the questionnaire and focus group interviews that were part of the research with attendees.
